Latin Americans are increasingly more likely to seek a new direction in another country, in this case, Canada, which maintains its policy of "recruiting" migrants to strengthen its nation.
The Cultura Colectiva portal explained that the Canadian government launched a program called "Express Entry", with which it seeks to help legal and official immigration, specifically for certain professions.

Procedures and requirements
The idea is to be able to process a residency application from your home in Latin America, creating a profile in which you specify why you may be a good candidate to live in the North American country.
In the profile you must expose the educational level and professional experience you have. Then, you will enter a selection process and in six months you will be notified whether or not you are endorsed to go live and work in Canada.
