Gilder Center - New Galleries at the American Museum of Natural History
Opening on May 4, 2023, the brand new Gilder Center is home to new exhibit galleries and unique experiences.

Its spectacular architecture was designed to inspire and arouse the curiosity of museum visitors by including new exhibitions and immersive experiences that reveal the hidden kingdoms of nature.

The Gilder Center is connected to the rest of the American Museum of Natural History on four floors, allowing visitors to explore the prestigious museum's fascinating collection of species.

Skylift Rockefeller Center: new observation deck

The "skylift" project at Rockefeller Center's Top of the Rock consists of a circular glass platform that will take Manhattan residents and visitors above the 70th floor of the iconic building.
The experience also includes a rotating beam that recreates the iconic 1912 photograph "Lunch on Top of a Skyscraper."

Olly Olly Market: new market

“A massive market bringing together Michelin-starred chefs and craft cocktails is now open in Chelsea.” Olly Olly Market offers menus created by award-winning chefs and other talented cooks. The complete experience includes art exhibits and an events schedule.


The Starrett-Lehigh Building houses the Olly Olly Market, which occupies 5,180 square meters on the ground floor of that one-block 1931 International-style structure in Chelsea.

The Hugh: the new food hall in New York

The Hugh is a sprawling food hall on the ground floor of what was originally the Citicorp Center in Midtown Manhattan.

Fans of the saga are more than happy with the opening of the famous magician's themed store. With more than 3,000 m2 distributed over three floors, the Harry Potter Store also has official Warner Bros. products.

Citizens Foodhall: New Dining Destination

Citizens is a new 1,200 m2 hub dedicated to gastronomy located in Manhattan West, stretching from Ninth to Tenth Avenues and 31st to 33rd Streets.


The mixed-use complex, across from Hudson Yards, includes several food halls, restaurants, cafes, and bars.

New rides at HighLine Park New York

You probably know that High Line Park, the elevated park that runs through the Meatpacking District and Chelsea, is one of the most visited green spaces in Manhattan and one of New York's most prominent attractions.

What you may not have known is that SPUR, the last section of the park, has been inaugurated, which extends over 30th Street and culminates on Tenth Avenue in a large open space and a monumental central sculpture.

Empire Outlets in Staten Island

A few steps from the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, Empire Outlets is an open-air shopping center located in St. George, a historic neighborhood with rolling hills and Victorian houses.

Stores like Banana Republic, Columbia, GAP, Guess, H&M, Levi's, Nike, Old Navy, U.S. Polo, among others, offer discounts and special prices.

It's easily reached in just 20 minutes by taking the free ferry at Whitehall Terminal in Manhattan's financial district. During the journey, the ferry will pass close to the Statue of Liberty.
