California is one of the most touristic and beautiful states in the United States. For this reason, we share some things that we liked a lot and that are good to go with the family.
Legoland California
It is a park opened in 1999 in Carlsbad and covers approximately half the area of the Disney empire in Anaheim. The main attraction is, of course, the 30,000 Lego models built from 60 million plastic bricks. The largest is the giant dinosaur "Bronte", for which two million Lego bricks were used.
A special focus of attention is the miniature world. Local and internationally known buildings and monuments were reconstructed in 1:20 scale: New York skyscrapers, Las Vegas and its extravagant hotels, and the White House, among others. It is difficult to say who enjoys Legoland more: the little ones running around in a magical world created by 60 million LEGO plastic blocks or their parents having fun too. Walk through Miniland USA and be amazed: extensive miniaturized recreations of Washington D.C., New York and San Francisco, and scenes from Star Wars.
