Las Vegas: the construction of a new luxury hotel next to the Allegiant Stadium was approved

The building will have 19 floors and will have an investment close to 275 million dollars.

Clark County approved the construction of the Nuance Las Vegas hotel, which will have 19 stories, 340 rooms and will be located one mile from Allegiant Stadium. The new hotel will have an investment of 275 million dollars.

The Nuance Las Vegas will begin construction at the beginning of next year and will have a restaurant, a spa, a ballroom and a convention room. The hotel will be developed by Las Vegas real estate firm New Angle Development.

The new property is located within the Stadium District and will be similar to those in Los Angeles, New York and Nashville, Tennessee, with valet parking. The 75 meter height of the project has been approved by the Federal Aviation Administration.

The hotel will offer a lobby on the first floor, a restaurant on the ninth floor, and rooms on floors 10 to 18. On the upper level you will have a terrace and five luxury rooms.

This news adds to the flurry of good news in the Sin City hotel sector, as The Lexi hotel recently opened, the first cannabis-friendly hotel in Las Vegas just a few blocks from the Strip.
