Universal announces first nighttime event at its Volcano Bay water park 2025-26
On select nights, guests will enjoy exclusive experiences, food, drinks and more at Volcano Bay.
For the first time, guests will step into an exclusive nighttime adventure at Universal Volcano Bay Nights on select Saturday nights including April 12 and 26 and May 3, 10 and 17. This new, limited-capacity event invites guests to enjoy their favorite water attractions, live entertainment, DreamWorks character meet-and-greet events, complimentary snacks and more.
Guests will be able to embrace Waturi culture and enjoy Volcano Bay under the stars, with shorter wait times and exclusive access to select attractions such as the Krakatau Aqua Coaster , Ko'okiri Body Plunge and Kala and Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides . Guests will also be able to dance on Waturi Beach to a live DJ or take part in nostalgic games near the iconic Krakatau volcano, which stands 61 metres tall.
The excitement doesn't stop there. Some of the most beloved characters from DreamWorks Animation films will be in attendance, including Shrek, Fiona , Puss in Boots and Kitty Soft Paws from Shrek, King Julien and Alex from Madagascar, and Poppy, Branch and Guy Diamante from Trolls - these beloved friends will bring so much fun.
Volcano Bay Nights Announced for First Ever Nighttime 2025
Complimentary snacks will also be available as a food option, including Spicy Island Shrimp and Cheesy Cliffside Seashell Pasta. There will be more than 100 Coca-Cola® branded beverage options, with refills available throughout the event, and guests will have a complimentary souvenir Volcano Bay Freestyle tumbler. Additionally, select specialty food and beverage options will be available for purchase at Kohola Reef Restaurant and Social Club, Dancing Dragons Boat Bar and Koka Poroka Ice Cream Kona.
Tickets for Universal Volcano Bay Nights go on sale today for $99.00 per person, plus tax, and parking is included for the event. Guests can arrive at 4:00 p.m. to enjoy the park before the exclusive event, which begins at 7:00 p.m. Universal Orlando Pass holders will receive 10% off the ticket price – all they need is a valid annual or season pass and a valid photo ID.
