We used it in the morning and it was punctual, comfortable, and efficient. Breakfast—included in the rate—is available early and has options for all tastes, even if you need a quick bite before leaving.

We experienced firsthand how much fun children and teenagers have. For the little ones, the hotel welcomes guests with a little box in their room on vacation, which surprised even the older guests. They call it the FUN BOX and it includes sheets with games and pictures to color, candy, Spanish cards, and a treasure hunt around the hotel, among other details.
This is a special treat for families traveling with children for winter vacations. A real treat! The kids have something to do while their parents go to the gym, go for a walk, or simply relax on the lounge chairs overlooking the lake.
